ouch.

My back just went out. I was lifting up my tray in the cafeteria at work and it spasmed. I almost collapsed on the floor. A friend/coworker came and carried my tray for me. I can walk at least now. Doggone sitting trot's a killer..
Guess Trudi will have the night off after all. :P Hopefully I'll be "back" to normal in a couple of weeks.
