May. 13th, 2011 09:16 amSo Trudi was very good Tuesday night- she's in heat but was fairly calm, and very good in her back- up and loose and we had decent energy, and I liked the trot which was stretchy and adjustable and still very balanced. Canter was probably the best it's been- again, great over her back, very balanced (the circles felt easy-peasy) and she kind of waited to see what I wanted- I was like "Say, how bout the hind legs come under a bit more, toward the front?" and she was like "ok" with no attitude of any sort. Yay pony.
Hoping to ride tonight, now that it has STOPPED SNOWING. Nothing accumulated (here), but still, seeing flakes in May is kind of annoying. My lawn is loving the moisture though.
