Polo shirts are formal insomuch as working at McDonald's is formal. Which is to say, not at all. They are unflattering unless in the absolute most pristine condition (even a clean, unwrinked polo with part of the collar wanting to curl looks terrible) and only when worn by twenty-somethings with slim, perfect figures maintaining perfect posture.
Ditch the polos already. The wraps, too- boots are way faster and offer more protection.
