The pain in my neck is still a pain in the neck- it's only really on the left side now, but it's taking its sweet time getting better. I have a small hot knot halfway between my shoulderblade and my spine and it just doesn't want to go away. The pain isn't intense, it's just persistant. Hoping to be able to ride this weekend in spite of it...
